The European business of Bigblu Broadband has been sold to Eutelsat, the owners and operators of the Tooway satellite broadband system. If you are an existing client of Bigblu then nothing will change ... your account details remain the same and you can still contact them at their headquarters in Bicester.
As long as you don't cancel your present contract, your service will continue. However, if you cancel your contract (many of you do over the winter period), it won't be possible to renew it again. Also, you can no longer return rented equipment here ... it now has to be returned to Bigblu in Bicester.

Eutelsat are about to introduce a brand new satellite broadband service on a brand new satellite ... that satellite is already in place and the final tests are being completed. Eutelsat, via their newly acquired retail operation, will be supplying the new satellite system in most European countries with the exception of France.
In France, Eutelsat have sold all available capacity to Orange so the new satellite system will be supplied exclusively by NordNet which is the satellite broadband wing of Orange.
